The credit. The $10,000 is a platform account credit applied toward the costs of a real estate transaction initiated through Condo Market via Tim McMullen, California DRE #02016832 (McMullen Properties, operating under Real Broker). It is not cash, has no surrender value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and is limited to one credit per account and one redemption per person. The credit does not expire and may be redeemed at any time, subject to these terms.
Assignment of the deal. Tim McMullen reserves the right to refer or assign any resulting transaction to any agent affiliated with Condo Market or McMullen Properties. The credit remains honored on a qualifying transaction regardless of which affiliated agent is assigned.
No reward for sharing. Condo Market users cannot and do not receive any gift, payment, commission, fee, rebate, discount, or other monetary or material reward for referring, sharing, or recommending Condo Market to any other person. The $10,000 credit is an offer extended directly to each new account holder on their own signup — it is never compensation to anyone for a referral. Sharing Condo Market with a friend earns the person sharing nothing; a friend who signs up simply qualifies for the same publicly available offer on their own. Friends share good deals with friends.
Property-management relationships. Any percentage-based arrangement (for example, a 1% participation) exists solely between Condo Market and the management of buildings with which Condo Market has an established relationship.
